Shipping Policy

All original artworks are processed within 2-4 weeks (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification when your order has been shipped. Please note that import duties and taxes are not included for original artworks.

Limited and unlimited edition prints are processed within 2-4 weeks (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, unless otherwise specified in the product description. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that personal details such as the delivery address and contact information are accurate and up to date. If you need to update your address after placing an order, you can do so within your order number and write an email. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery details, and any reshipment due to incorrect information will incur standard postage fees.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Domestic (Switzerland) orders incur a shipping fee depending on the product.
International orders under incur also incur shipping fee.

For customers in Switzerland, you should receive your artwork or print within 7-14 business days from the shipping date.

For customers in Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific, you should receive your artwork or print within 7-28+ business days from the shipping date.

For customers in other regions, delivery may take 7-28+ business days from the shipping date.

Important Information for International Customers

Import Duties

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country. Luana Sallustio is not responsible for these charges and they are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise stated. If customs inquiries regarding import duties and taxes are not addressed by the customer, causing the package to be returned to sender, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the item.

If you choose to return an order, a refund will be processed; however, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

How to Check the Status of Your Order:
Only within Switzerland: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within a month of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@luanasallustio.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.

After Arrival

Luana Sallustio takes great care to ensure that all artworks and fine art prints are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Fine art prints are carefully packed with protective materials, while original artworks are shipped in reinforced wooden boxes to ensure their safe arrival.

Liability for Shipping Damages
Once your order is handed over to the shipping provider, Luana Sallustio is no longer responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping. The shipping provider is liable for any damages that occur in transit. In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, you must immediately contact the shipping provider to file a claim.

To assist with the claims process, please document any visible damage to the packaging upon arrival and retain all packaging materials. Additionally, notify us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged product so we can assist you in providing the necessary documentation for your claim.

Important Notice
By purchasing from Luana Sallustio, you acknowledge and agree that Luana Sallustio is not liable for any damages incurred during shipping and that any claims for compensation or reimbursement must be directed to the shipping provider. We ensure that all packages are securely packed, but responsibility for the product passes to the buyer once it is in the hands of the shipping provider.
